Anthem Health Web Site Maintenance Outage Continues

It's unclear when the outage at Anthem Health began, but it's now in its second or third hour. The "offline for maintenance" page was up, so the responsible parties are aware of it. Because it has been offline through the end of the day Eastern time, most probably it is not a scheduled outage.
