OTC Markets Trading Halted by Network Failure

A glitch at OTR Markets Group Inc., characterized by executives as their longest ever outage,  prevented traders from buying or selling shares listed on the OTR, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The Company's CEO was quoted by the Wall Street Journal as attributing the failure to two firms:
. . . the problems originated with an outage at Lightower Fiber Networks and Sidera Networks, which maintain some of OTC Markets' systems.
